Ich hab mir immer gedacht, dass ich 8 h schlaf pro nacht brauche, oder eine anzahl an stunden, die durch drei teilbar ist. bei mir ist s immer so, dass ich irgendwoe was auffasse und dann setzt sich das so in meinem kopf fest :)
ich habe lange nicht so gut geschlafen, mir dann aber ein neues bett bei (kommerziellen Link entfernt) bestellt, eine matratze auch neu gekauft, die hab ich mir auch etwas kosten lassen, weil ich endlich begriffen hatte, wie wichtig ein gutes bett und guter schlaf ist.. hab das total unterschätzt.
ich habs eigentlich auch gerne kühl in meinem schlafzimmer, aber dazu bräucht ich mal meinen Wohnbereich vom schlafzimmer getrennt.. weil sonst erfrier ich immer während dem Arbeiten und so gemütlich ists dann leider nicht..

ich habe auch immer das fenster weit offen nachts. Im winter trage ich eine wollmütze .. da ist denn schon mal mehr als empfindlich kalt in den bergen:)
wenn ich irgendwo zu besuch gehe muss ich immer schon ihm vorfeld sagen fragen ob es ein zimmer ohne heizung für mich gibt wo ich zusätzlich noch das fenster öffnen darf.. manchmal ist das sehr kompliziert ... aber ich bin einfach von den bergen her andere temperaturen gewohnt:)

Nachts darfs gerne kalt sein, wenn ich unter der warmen Decke lieg - aber tagsüber hab ichs komischerweise gar nicht mit der Kälte, wenngleich ich oft die letzte bin die die Jacke anzieht ;-)

Ich gehe, wenn ich arbeiten darf, spästens um 23 Uhr ins Bett. Am Wochenende wird es schon mal später. Im Bett lese ich nicht, weil es für mich unbequem ist. Außerdem ist meine Leuchte auf dem Nachttisch nicht die Hellste. Manchmal schlafe ich sofort ein. Hilfreich ist dabei folgendes Ritual für mich: eine CD mit einem Heilmantra vom Dalei Lama. Ein Arbeitskollege gab mir den Hinweis Magnesium Tabletten zu nehmen, um besser schlafen zu können. In jüngster Zeit bin ich oft in der Nacht aufgewacht (z.B. 1.50 Uhr aufgewacht, dann wieder eingeschlafen gegen 4 Uhr aufgewacht) Das nervt. Da ich mich anschließend nur noch imm Bett gewälzt habe, bin ich aufgestanden. Ich träume oft und kann mich auch am nächsten Tag noch daran erinnern. Allerdings habe ich meine Träume noch nicht aufgeschrieben oder analysiert.
In meinem Schlafzimmer ist es kühl - für Frauen vielleicht zu kalt Im Winter sorgt eine zusätzliche Decke für Wärme. Ich schlafe auf einer speziellen Matraze (Tempur) in Verbindung mit einem entsprechenden Nackenkissen. Eine Verkäuferin in einem Bettenfachgeschäft hat mich daraus hingewiesen, daß für einen gesunden schlaf eine Verbinung zwischen Rost, Matraze und Kissen hilfreich ist.

Lesen im Bett ist Dir unbequem? Ja so ganz unrecht hast Du da gar nicht - ich muss auch öfter die Position wechseln, wenn mir ein Arm einschläft oder so *gg*
Magnesium hilft aber doch nur wenn Du einen Mangel daran hast, alles darüber nimmt der Körper ja gar nicht auf??
Mitten in der Nacht aufzuwachen und Stunden nicht einschlafen zu können stell ich mir extrem kräfteraubend vor, da ist man doch morgens wie gerädert?? Kann man Dir nur wünschen, dass sich das schnell wieder einrenkt!!
Ich brauch auch frischen Wind um die Nase, hab ich ja geschrieben - aber nur die Zehen und die Nase, der Rest muss warm sein!!!
Tempurmatrazen sagen mir was!!

Hallo liebe Kerstin,
das kommt mir ja gerade recht, wo ich letzte Woche hundsmiserabel geschlafen habe. Ich weiß nicht, ob's an unserem Leipziger Quartier lag, an meiner Erkältung oder dem ... "Dauerlärm" des GöGa - trotz Ohrstöpseln war kaum Schlaf zu finden.
1) Wann gehst Du für gewöhnlich ins Bett ....unter der Woche.... am Wochenende?
Selten vor Mitternacht, das war schon so als ich noch früh raus musste. Ich bin ein Nachtmensch.

2) Schläfst Du sofort oder liest Du z.B. noch im Bett?
Wenn ich dann im Bett bin, schlafe ich auch sofort. Und wenn ich mich mal mit Hörbuch hinlege, schlafe ich erstrecht prompt ein *lach*. Da muss ich am nächsten Tag immer gucken, wo der Anschluss ist und den Player neu aufladen.

3) Träumst Du oft? Kannst Du Dich an Deine Träume erinnern? Nicht mehr sooft wie früher und ich kann mich nur manchmal erinnern.

4) Wieviel Schlaf pro Nacht brauchst Du mindestens um richtig ausgeschlafen zu sein? So ungefähr sieben Stunden.

5) Hast Du irgendwelche Ticks ohne die Du nicht Schlafen könntest? (z.B. Schlafbrille, Füsse auf Kopfkissen, Lavendelduft.......etc.) Nein, aber ein anständiges Kopfkissen - ohne ein Nackenstützkissen geht nix. Die typischen 80 x 80 Kissen sind mir ein Graus.

Alles beantwortet? Nun bin ich wieder ein Stück transparenter.

Hallo liebe Elke, na wenn Du gleich mehrere Gründe vorweisen kannst NICHT gut zuschlafen, war ein Grund 100 % ig schuld ;-) Da kann man nur die Daumen drücken, dass das mittlerweile wieder besser klappt??
Du bist auch ein Nachtmensch, da haben wir was gemeinsam ;-) Selten vor Mitternacht dass ich in die Heia falle, es sei denn so  Phasen wie derzeit, wo ich ein erhöhtes Schlafbedürfnis habe.
Also mit Hörbuch ins Bett, das geht gar nicht. Das kann noch so spannend sein, ich schlafe ein ;-)
Ich habs mit einem Nackenstützkissen probiert, denn für meinen Nacken/Rücken wäre das entlastend, aber ich kann damit nicht schlafen *gg* Ich brauch meine 80x80 Daunen zum Zusammenkuscheln ;-)
Wieder ein Stück transparenter liebe Elke - aber vollkommen freiwillig ;-)

1. Ich gehe in der Woche zwischen 21.30 und 22.15 Uhr ins Bett (je nach Fernsehen). Am Wochenende spätestens 23 Uhr.
2. Ich gehe ins Bett, drehe mich um und bin im Reich der Träume.
3. Ich träume sehr viel und kann mich oft auch noch dran erinnern. Grad vor 2 Wochen habe ich wieder was geträumt und schon am Tage wurde es wahr - das ängstigt mich manchmal.
4. Ich brauche mindestens 8 Stunden Schlaf, sonst bin ich schlecht gelaunt am Morgen. Zum Glück muss ich nicht so zeitig aufstehen.
5. Ticks? Hihi - meine angehende Schwiegertochter braucht eine Schlafbrille, ist ihr sonst zu hell im Raum. Ich brauche nix außer meinem Kopfkissen.

Träume die wahr werden - so ähnlich hab ich das auch schon erlebt. Meistens träum ich aber ganz konfuses Zeugs. Schlafbrille - ja so was würd ich meinem Mann am liebsten auch schenken - aber ich glaub er würd sich weigern die anzuziehen - das wäre nicht männlich *fg*
